WASTE HANDLING SYSTEM - Model #WHS-2006

We designed and built our state of the art Waste Systems to provide large restaurants, cafeteria facilities, medical centers and many other clients with a lower cost alternative to the common 'pulper" or disposers, for waste handling and/or removal.  The most common complaints about PULPERS are:

  • They are very noisy and generate significant vibration.

  • Special consideration is needed to sound protect other areas.

  • Very high purchase expense.

  • Large and difficult to clean under any circumstance.

  • Volume of waste is reduced - but the resulting mulch is VERY HEAVY and dish room employees struggle to move and handle the containers increasing workplace injury risk.

  • Constant repairs to parts like cutting blades are VERY expensive.

  • The circulating water in the waste trough is "icky".

  • The machine is DANGEROUS and requires multiple "safety locks".

  • One pulper user commented: "it didn't reduce our waste treatment discharge fee from the municipality at all

Because of these complaints we designed the WHS-2006 Systems to have these value engineered qualities:

  • The machine is virtually SILENT!

  • The machine is very simple to operate and very simple to clean.

  • The re-circulated water in the waste trough is 90% cleaner than pulpers.

  • The machine does not grind the waste to worthless mulch that has no value. **

  • The footprint is considerably less than a typical 'pulper'.

  • The purchase expense is one half the cost of a typical pulper.

  • There is little or no detectable vibration.

  • There are few parts and no elaborate safety's are required.

  • Cost of normal use repair and maintenance is negligable.

** BIO-FUEL technologies and research are increasing in the number of facilities and methods to make use of food wastes previously considered to only have value for composting operations.
